create New Settings

Proxy:- 216.155.153.105

port:- 80

Now Save This Settings and open homepage-

180.179.207.111

For Uc Browser use above settings in Mobile Open Uc Browser settings click "cloud boost" untick mobile/wifi network now click url Tab and open 180.179.207.111

that's it,
