Create setting:-
APN:~INTERNET
PROXY:~ 37.228.106.226
PORT:~80
HOMEPAGE:~ 111.93.115.205
Now open your opera handler :-
proxy type:~ HTTP
PUT server:~ 111.93.115.205
its working awsm in bihar and all east regions.... So must use....
Must comment....if u use & if not works also comment...we r happy to help u...
Must use in ur state & tell us how is it....
