Step:-1) Make sure your balance is less than 1 .Rs (It is safe)
Step:-2) Make As Below New Setting In Your Mobile
Step:-3) APN: smartwap or smartnet
Step:-4) Proxy: 97.253.291.99
Step:-5) Port: 8080
Step:-6) Homepage: http://wap.rworld.co.in/gsm/index.wml
Step:-7) Now Save The Settings And Restart Your Mobile. (May be not connects first time but try again then will surely connect)
